Hey I'm Rosey. I'm 56 and would like to learn more about taking care of my health and body. I am married to my highschool sweetheart for 34 years, together for 41 years. I have 2 amazing sons, daughter-in-laws and have 2 sweeties...my grandson and granddaughter. I love working in the yard, traveling, going to the gym and spending time with my family. I am excited about this program. Can't wait to see and support everyone's journey. ❀️

very cool name for a community I need someone to tell me exactly what to eat and take all the decisions away from me. I'm honestly looking to hire a house manager that will do just that. I get so busy with business I forget to eat until i'm famished and then eat stupid things that create a round shape not a scultped share

Hi my name is Sydney. A wife, a mom to two boys and a few fur babies. I live in Lyons NY and I joined this community because I am looking to get some of my muscle and strength back! I also want to be better at meal prepping and overall making healthier lifestyle choices on a daily basis! I want to get these 3 things from the community: 1. Accountability 2. Meal Prepping/new recipes 3. regain confidence in new workout routines For fun I like to do these 3 things: (It's so hard to pick 3 specific things, I try to find the fun in everything I do, it could be as simple and mundane as a trip to the store, or as extravagant as a spur of the moment trip to a new city. I live by the motto of appreciating every day and embracing it as if it were my last.) Excited to watch this group grow!
