Where do I start… I started in 2006 in london. I currently reside in Bali. I built an entertainment and concierge company offering a complete horizontal integration of services 69 permanent Staff over 100 included subcontracted it was award winning. I’m at the time one of its kind. Now moving on, I won’t bother with the paid to Party business I think that’s an obvious one. Let me explain to you. What door is it open to me from when I was 25 to now I’m 47. I went on from that company to open my own clubs. Go into multimillion GBP property development projects, a whole host of side businesses in Fashion retail, distribution of a Monaco/Finland based vodka brand and financial industry. Now currently opened a company for consultation on visas, private security and legal counsel. Everything I have done has come apart from my own work ethic, has come from my early network in life that growth nightclubs and the international hospitality scene in general. I travelled too. I have been everywhere on that party circuit.. Ibiza, Mykonos, marbella, Miami, nyc, LA, , Dubai. Cannes, st tropez, Monaco. My network grew and grew over 10 years. The also had a lot of fun!!!! Believe me I’ve hung out with all sorts of people famous, new money, old money plenty of models and just some cool people in general. I know hundreds of success success stories that come to from friends working in the club industry. Anything from yacht brokers to people in finance. The point is networks give you a leg up in life. You can build anything from it with the right mind set On personal note I know Eliot and Ben both personally and professionally. They are very qualified to be running this platform My site https://www.vslgroupbali.com
Hi Im Nevins / NorthBaliLights
Hi, I’m Nevins, also known online as North Bali Lights. I started my career in the nightlife scene as a photographer, then moved into videography, content creation, and eventually social media management across different parties and events. Recently, I started my journey as a DJ, and now I’m also stepping into the world of promoting. Last Thursday, I sold my very first table. And honestly, it felt good. Not just because of the financial side, but because I finally understood something I had only seen from the outside: “Oh… so this is how my promoter friends feel when they sell a table.” It’s natural to see other promoters as competitors, especially when everyone is fighting for the same crowd. But once you become a DJ, an event organizer, or actually start working behind the scenes, you realize just how vital and important promoters really are. And this is where I think the industry sometimes gets it wrong. If you’re an event organizer and you demand exclusivity from your promoters, you can actually end up limiting the business instead of growing it. Because one of the easiest ways to bring clients into nightlife is from one party to another. A client might come to your party tonight, another party tomorrow, or even another party later that same night for an afterparty. That’s not necessarily competition. That can be a symbiotic relationship where everyone grows together. Think of a promoter like a store with multiple products. A promoter can present different parties, different venues, different DJs, different vibes, different prices, different gimmicks, dancers, and experiences. But ultimately, the client chooses what they want. Yes, we can recommend something. But we should be confident enough to recommend a party that actually fits what the client is looking for — whether that’s the music genre, the crowd, the atmosphere, the budget, or the type of experience they want. And even if two parties happen on the same night, there’s nothing wrong with being honest.
Hello I am Kevin / Alohabaliclubpromotor
I’ve been working as a nightclub promoter for the past four years. I started at the age of 18 as a sub-promoter for three and a half years, and for the last six months I’ve been working as a main promoter. At first, I thought this was just a freelance job. Over time, I realized it’s much more than that—it’s a business. Many people think earning up to USD 6,000 a month in Bali is impossible. I believe that with the right strategy, smart work, and consistent relationship-building, it’s absolutely achievable. This industry has taught me that success isn’t just about selling tables or bringing in guests. It’s about marketing, promotion, negotiation, networking, personal branding, and building long-term relationships with clients. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently ranked among the Top 1, Top 2, and Top 3 promoters at several clubs. I’ve earned performance bonuses and special incentives, and on a single night I’ve brought 1–6 tables across different venues. In one week, I can generate 300–500 guestlist entries across all the clubs I work with. Today, I’ve built a community of more than 5,000 active members and followers who regularly enjoy Bali’s nightlife. There is one principle that has guided me from the very beginning: “Do your best until they can never forget that night.” Because to me, a promoter doesn’t just sell tables or parties—we create unforgettable experiences, build genuine connections, and make sure every guest leaves with memories they’ll want to relive. Hard work matters, but working smart and delivering an unforgettable experience is what truly makes the difference.
