Watches in the Kitchen – Harmless or Hazardous?
I just published a LinkedIn article about something we all see but rarely discuss — chefs wearing watches and jewelry while preparing food. Big award-winning chefs are pictured doing it all the time, even though it breaks basic food safety rules. When our industry leaders do this, it sends a message down the line that it’s okay to prioritize style over safety. September ServSafe Class Dates
ServSafe Food Manager Certification is required in the state of Georgia. At least one person in the restaurant must hold this certification at all times during hours of operation. Make sure you comply by signing your managers up today.
