My friend Santi reminded me that i could search this here for others so hope this can helps.
1 year with reviv. 2 years working with my structure. Now i only wear it at night. I see reviv as a tool. This are some techniques that work and I alternate here and there depends on how i feel my body needs. Some days i spend 10 mins, 30min (rare now) or none.
Overdoing them doesnt mean you'll go faster. You can trigger your nervous system like i did few times. Body needs to adapt to it, and decades of collapse will not get fix in a year. Some times your body seems to resist but positive changes are taking place, just keep praticing. I might do a post about breathing in a future too.
I. Body inputs (you can overdo them, few minutes its enough):
1) Hip stretch https://www.skool.com/reviv-2885/hip-stretch My favorite for 2 months now. I had to stop recently because my body enter into a fatigue state from how much bone shift from head to toe and assimination my body had to go through. My body even out so much. 2) Lateral thumb pulling forward thumb pulling. (Its about moving the structure= bone position in those sutures which are microns! No point in applying big forces or a lot of reps, just light pressure specially forward vector because u could loss the vertical axis) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCVYIPbmC1o&t=491s 3) Neck traction. Light pressure with your hands, again never force. It decompresses the spine, so effective. I made a post too. I would say 15 min max.
II. Relaxes soft tissue and fascia adherence. I dont think you cant overdo this.
3) tongue stretch in all directions
4) intuitive stretch. Some of us experience this internal need to stretch certain areas everyday followed by pop and crack sounds. In my opinion this need is a consecuence of the techniques
Dont need to buy anything, use your hands. Nowadays, all the information is free.
End goal, relax tongue on the roof of your palate. u will feel calm but for most, this state will take some time to release your strains and its okay. Mewing will keep your jaws projected effortlessly.
Overall this takes perseverance and not being passive about it, so understand the science behind it and what u are going through and how techniques affect your structure. What i have seen in my and others, Reviv moves the lower jaw more easily than the upper skull for some people so make sure your jaws move up and forward to keep BALANCE 3D.
