0.5mm expansion with mouthguard as a “checkpoint”
So measuring from outer most parts of my pre molars (since it’s most accurate) my pallets is widening every time I thumb pull. I feel it and my family noticed it.
Thing is when I sleep it typically goes back down, I’ve been using a MYOBRACE for 3 days since today which is actually keeping it expanded surprisingly!!!
I ordered a Reviv 3 a few days ago as well.
Once that arrives I’m doing thumbpulling 2 hours a day.
