I Read Subtitles Too Much… Anyone Else? 😅

Most of the time, I watch movies and YouTube videos with subtitles.

I use them so I don’t miss anything and can understand the conversation better.

But the problem is, I end up reading everything all the time, instead of only checking subtitles when I don’t understand the audio.

Because of that, I feel like it’s not really helping me improve my listening or speaking skills.

Does anyone else have this problem?

What do you think about this? Is it good or bad? What’s the best way to use subtitles?
