He never would have found them. And they never would have found him. On paper, Sana Moran and the firm I placed him with were not a match. Different worlds. Different paths. No overlap. But both sides had one thing in common. They were willing to ask for help. That is the whole story. I did not have some secret list. With everybody that’s here so far what are you seeing internally inside your firm? Is it a positive attitude a negative attitude what do you see coming? This is definitely something you want to keep a pulse on what is happening internally and what is the total atmosphere? This can tell you a few things With your management, how well are they connected to the ownership and how fair and equal does the ownership make them feel? What do you want to create in the future if you’re leading a team do you want them to feel like you feel right now? If you’re in a positive attitude, but you’re just underpaid that is much better than being underpaid and feeling horrible about going to work But these are lessons to learn lessons to take in to understand really what do I wanna do in the future? But again, what’s the thermostat feel for your firm right now?
