RP Protocol: Best Practices for Booking Role Plays & Accountability Calls
Big shoutout to @Horst Bargsten for the great suggestion on sharing calendars for role plays. With so many new members joining the community who are eager to sharpen their skills through role plays and accountability calls, having a go-to post with best practices for coordinating them just makes sense Here’s what I’d recommend as best practices for getting the most out of this: 1. Drop your availability. In your post, provide your Calendly link (or similar scheduling tool) so others can book time with you. If you don’t have one, just list 2–3 windows you’re typically available each week (e.g., “Mon/Wed/Fri between 9–11am PT”). 2. Add context to your post. Include a quick line on what you’re looking to work on specifically: objection handling, discovery, cold calling, mock demos, or just general consistency/accountability. 3. Show up prepared. Whether you’re leading or participating, come with a clear focus for the session. Respect each other’s time by being on point and ready to give/receive feedback. 4. Keep the thread alive. Once you’ve booked with someone, drop a comment to say “Locked in with @Name for Friday at 10am PT”—it helps others see momentum and jump in. This community grows stronger when we all lean in and support each other. Looking forward to seeing more RP calendars roll in and more practice turning into BIGGER commission checks for y’all 🤑 Vinnie

WE JUST HIT 1,000 MEMBERS 👏
When I started Sales Community For Closers, I honestly had no idea what it would become. Over the last year, I've watched members: - Land new selling roles - Get promoted - Find mentors - Hire each other - Share job opportunities - Build genuine friendships The best part? Most of that happened without me forcing a structure on the community. I wanted to create a place where salespeople could connect, learn, and help each other win. Now that we've crossed 1,000 members, I want to take things to the next level. I've spent the last 6 years coaching sellers 1-on-1. I've seen SDRs become the #1 rep in their company and get promoted to AE, watched sellers close million-dollar deals, and helped countless reps build more confidence, book more meetings, and close more business. I've accumulated dozens of trainings, frameworks, workshops, templates, and recordings that I could turn into courses and resources for the community. The question is... What would help YOU the most right now? Vote in the poll below. Also... What is the ONE thing you're struggling with most in sales right now? Drop it in the comments. The goal is simple: Let's build the most valuable free sales community on the internet. Vinnie

If you're running a closing team on a spreadsheet, this is for you
Every team lead I've talked to in the last month is running their sales team on Airtable, Google Sheets, or something custom they have to maintain themselves. Nobody's happy about it. It's just that nothing exists for this. So I built it. Closrr gives you the full picture of your sales operation in one place: Where your money actually comes from. Leads arrive with their source attached — Google, Meta, which campaign, which ad. You see which ad became which deal, and which closer turned it into revenue. The whole funnel. Leads in → booked → showed → closed → cash collected. No more guessing where things break. Your team, each with their own dashboard. Setters track prospecting. Closers connect their Google Calendar and log outcomes in two clicks. You see everyone ranked in real time. Call transcripts inside the dashboard, via Fathom. Slack notifications. White-labeled under your brand, your logo, your colors, your subdomain. Flat pricing. Not per seat. If you run a closing team and you're tired of maintaining a spreadsheet that's always half-outdated. I'll show you the whole thing in 15 minutes. Drop a comment or DM me and I'll send my calendar.
