A healer epiphany I had today…
Today someone I love said their stomach hurt. I instantly went into practitioner mode — asked consent, asked the right questions, grounded, did the work. Mid-session I thought: Why can I do this so naturally for others but struggle to do it for myself? And Spirit answered me clearly: Healers aren’t meant to fully heal themselves the same way. We’re meant to be pampered, poured into, and held too. Self-healing has limits when you’re still in “provider” mode. When we heal others, we’re neutral, unattached, and fully present. When we try to heal ourselves, we carry memory, responsibility, and survival energy. Pampering is medicine for healers. Not fixing. Not diagnosing. Not pushing through. • If you are the one people come to… • If your nervous system knows how to hold others… • If you’re always “on” when someone needs support… This is your permission slip: 🖤 You don’t have to heal today. You get to be pampered.
