Sometimes a meaningful practice doesn’t need to be complicated.
Today, you are invited to give yourself five quiet minutes — a small pause between everything you’ve been doing and everything still waiting for you.
Find somewhere comfortable. Place both feet on the ground if that feels good, soften your gaze or close your eyes, and simply notice your breathing.
There is nothing you need to change.
Notice the breath coming in.
Notice the breath moving out.
Notice what is present within you today.
After a few minutes, gently ask yourself:
“What do I need more of today?”
You might write down the first word that comes to you, carry it quietly with you, or simply notice it without needing to do anything at all.
There is space here for whatever arises. đź’ś
