Healing looks backward: processing trauma, understanding patterns, grieving what was.
Regulation looks forward: building capacity, expanding your window of tolerance, wiring your nervous system for what you're calling in.
You can do years of healing work and still have a dysregulated nervous system.
You can understand WHY you self-sabotage and still do it.
Because healing gives you awareness. Regulation gives you capacity.
Both matter. But they're different work.
This community? This is regulation work.
