Integration
This week I faced the fact that some long-time friendships (40+ years) may never be the same, and that still makes me sad. As we grow and evolve, expanding our consciousness, people will begin to fade from your life. We’re still friends and ai love them and I’m sure they love me, but I miss the fun we used to have. I’m aware of the “whys,” I understand them, and don’t want to go back to my old self. It’s been a week of self-reflection around all of this.
