Many people assume every feeling, expectation, or pressure they experience is their own. Until they begin noticing how much of life is spent carrying things that originated somewhere else. The need to prove yourself. The pressure to keep up. The expectation to be more, do more, become more. Awareness changes something. You begin asking a different question: Is this actually mine? Sometimes clarity arrives the moment you stop carrying what was never yours to begin with.
