Ok, so I do this challenge every now and then and I decided yesterday that it’s time to get myself back into some healthy habits. 💜✨
So!! I’m going to challenge myself to do 100 days in a row of yoga, read 10 pages and meditate. 🧘🏻♀️📖🤸🏻♀️
I’d love for everyone here to join me but you can make your habit much simpler if you’d like. Just choose something you want to do for 100 days. It can be as simple as cutting out coffee (maybe not simple for some 😉) or running 3 miles a day. It could be to eat a healthier diet or cut out alcohol.
Whatever it is, I encourage you to choose something that’s beneficial to your growth. And share in the comments what you’re committing to! I started yesterday but I’ll go a couple extra days if you decide you want to start this challenge tomorrow.
