Your long run is simply your longest run of the week. Whether that's 5km or 35km. This is personal and NOT a competition or comparison.

2οΈβ£ Each update should include a screenshot of your activity. Also, tell us how it felt, or anything you want to share. Be honest and reflect. Feel free to include pictures too!
3οΈβ£ Everyone who posts all 4 updates will be entered into the monthly spot prize draw.
