RETA + CAG
I have started Reta, I'm going on week 3. I started at 2mg. I'm trying to hold out and keep at 2mg for at least one more week but geez, I am having no signs this is working. I am eating way more, food noise is awful, its not good but I know they say to get through those first few weeks, so I am going to do it. I also read it is good to add Cag to the stack to help with the appetite suppression. I am coming from a really high dose of tirz(higher than the norm, I am truly researching). Just wondering if I should start at .25mg or try a little bit of a higher dose? I lost 120 ponds on tirz 💜. But I have been stalled for over a year. I am desperate to get the scale moving again. Also, I've seen Cag should be mixed with something other than BAC? Any tips on what to mix with? Thank you everyone!

@Nancy Bulter I need to start losing again. Reta right now is not it, but I'm giving it enough time for it to work. Need to lose another 100.

@Chris Valentine Your pinning daily? hmmm I am at 6mg about every 5 days or so. Very slowly losing. I've added in eloralintide, still low dose on that one. Hoping something kicks in here soon. Good luck

I've used Reta 3 times spaced 2 weeks apart and it really seems to make me anxious and I can't sleep does anyone else experience this and if so what do you recommend?

Smaller doses. It may be the heart rate. Split up small doses every few days, or lower your dose. You may be getting too much.

Asking for my husband
He’s been on research peppers and is experiencing a burning sensation from the inside out (his words). His stack has been: Terz, Microdose Riri, ARA 290, and 5Amino. We’ve taken him off everything except Terz and Riri. And thoughts on possible reasons for his sensitivity? Any suggestions?

You should definately give each peptide enough time on their own before adding another to it. I have started Reta but I am doing about 4 weeks before I add Cag to make sure the Reta is good. If you started all of those at one time, you have no idea which one could be adding to the discomfort. I hope he feels better.

@Lisa G I can't wait to give Elora a try. How are you liking it so far? I hope StepOne will offer it soon. It is more expensive from what I've seen then Reta!!!

Dosing
Where can I find the peptide calculator? Just purchase Reta 30mg. I was taking 15mg of tirz. What is a good dose to start reta at?

Yes, from all I've read there is no equivalent to tirz. I was on max tirz and just started on reta at 2mg. Staying on 2mg for about 3 weeks then will go up to 3mg.

It should be 0.2mg, 0.4mg then 0.8 then it should be 0.4mg to go up.
