Venmo no longer an option

Hey everyone,

Venmo put the personal account on hold tonight so we are working to fast track opening the new website in the next 48 hours.

I want to take this moment to go over the new payment methods we will launch with. This is important. Most of the credit/debit options could decline at first for your bank to ask you if you are attempting to run the transaction and not a scammer before processing. This is a very common security protocol card companies are using now. It keeps happening to me daily while on vacation using my personal credit card.

I will go over the options in detail.

Manual Payment:

Zelle: zelle works great and will continue to be the easiest.

Works within the website automatically Applying Payments:

E-check/edebit direct: this is a great option that will never go away. Online system verifies your account and does an ACH payment. processing may take 24 hours.

Mercuryo - use credit card/apple pay /Google pay to buy crypto which gets sent to step one. Great for orders under $700 as no additional id verification is needed.(No crypto knowledge needed)

Coinbase Pay- use your debit card saved with your coinbase account or crypto balance to buy and send crypto under $500 without additional ID verification.(No crypto knowledge needed)

Robinhood Pay- uses your debit card linked to your Robinhood account or crypto balance to buy and send crypto.(No crypto knowledge needed) $5000 limit

Credit Cards - this option is my most costly to me but also works well by sending your purchase through a payment portal to Stepone(this had some bugs but seems to be working now)

Thank you all for your patience throughout this journey. Payment processing will continue to be the pain in the but for our industry moving forward.

On the new site you will need to re-register.

We are still waiting on one more CC processor hopefully it will be approved soon.

I will keep you updated. The new website will be a new address temporarily during the transition then we will redirect the current site to the new one.
