I am finding I am losing about a 1.75 lbs.week avg on tz over 14 weeks, with the usual increase steps every 4 weeks. My calories consumption is way down, but I feel like, more than anything, I am losing muscle mass. I am finding a strong correlation between calorie intake and energy level - if I eat less, I have less energy. I am also struggling with water intake, because whatever water I put in, I can't put in calories for energy, as it feels like eating - just don't feel the need for it, but I am not dehydrated.
Kinda wondering what other folks experiences have been.
