The Best Form Of Motivation!!!
The most common question people ask me is “How do you stay motivated and confident?” The answer is…. I don’t. There are plenty days that I’m not motivated but I show up anyway. Days where my confidence is higher than others. What keeps me motivated is FAITH. I have full belief and trust that I am going to accomplish everything I set out to do. That faith is what drives me every day. Once you have faith, you realize that every moment you don’t show up, you are delaying your own success. Motivation is temporary, faith is everlasting. Learn to truly believe that you will succeed no matter what, and you’ll never need motivation again.

Loyalty Is Overrated
Loyalty in today’s society has become more of a buzzword than an actual principle. Here’s why loyalty isn’t as important as people think. 1) Many people are loyal to people, environments, or situations that don’t benefit them at all. It could be that unhealthy relationship, it could be that job that doesn’t have any growth potential. Or even a belief that you’ve outgrown. 2) We are constantly changing and evolving, and so is everything around us. There are plenty of circumstances where the same reasons you may have decided to be loyal to something in the beginning no longer exist. As situations change, your level of loyalty towards them will change as well. Make sure you are not choosing to stay loyal to things that do not serve you. And don’t be afraid to shift your loyalty based on the situation. Unmanaged loyalty can quickly turn into a trap.

Never Stop Learning
In life we primarily learn from one of two ways. 1) From Our Own Personal Experiences. 2) From The Experiences Of Others The problem with learning from your own experiences is that trial and error simply takes too long. The problem with learning from other’s experiences is that you haven’t truly learned anything that you haven’t applied yourself gotten a result from. The solution is to use what you learn from others as insight and guidance. Then put yourself in situations and environments where the information can be used so that you create your own experience. That’s where the real learning takes place. To Learn Is To Grow, If You’re Not Growing, You’re Dying🥀

The 6 (+ 1) Basic Human Needs: According to Psycho-Cybernetics
In Psycho-Cybernetics, Maxwell Maltz references a psychologist who identified 6 fundamental human needs. The core emotional drivers behind almost everything we do: 1. The Need for Love 2. The Need for Security 3. The Need for Creative Expression 4. The Need for Recognition 5. The Need for New Experiences 6. The Need for Self-Esteem 7. The Need For “More Life” These aren’t wants. They’re needs. And when they go unmet, people self-destruct in ways they don’t even understand. Settling, numbing out, or chasing the wrong things entirely. The Lesson: Goals matter. But what really keeps you going is genuinely wanting to be alive for what’s next. That’s not motivation, that’s meaning. And a lot of people are running on empty because they’ve lost it. Which of these 7 needs do you feel is most neglected in your life right now? Drop it below. ⬇️

Self-Love vs. Self-Confidence — They’re Not The Same Thing
Self-love is about the present and the past. It’s the full acceptance of who you are, every version of yourself. The polished version and the messy one. It’s not about feeling good about yourself all the time. It’s about embracing and appreciating that person regardless. Self-confidence is different. It’s forward-facing. It’s the optimism and positive expectation you carry into something that hasn’t happened yet. A belief that your efforts will produce a result. Here’s what most people get wrong about confidence though…. it’s not a mindset. A mindset is a lens you see the world through. Confidence is an attitude. A specific posture you take toward a specific thing. You’re not just “confident” in general. You’re confident about something. About the outcome of your work. About a conversation you’re about to have. About a goal you’re pursuing. You choose that attitude. It’s not something you wait to feel. So if you’re working on yourself, work on both. Let self-love be your foundation. Let confidence be the energy you bring to what’s next.
