I have a lot to learn and I bet you do too. Let’s group up and share our ideas in relation to: Gym, nutrition, mental health, sleep routine and many other topics.
4+ years
I first started working out 4 years ago. Reason why is because I didn’t like the way I looked so I decided that I had to change, I felt like opportunities would go by and I couldn’t do anything because I didn’t feel comfortable, confident and invited to certain places just because I was fat. If I remember correctly, the first year I was just doing workouts at home I was following one of them apps that would say get abs in 30 days or something like that, 😂 now I actually find it funny because with the knowledge I have these days I know why it didn’t work out. I was eating like a pig 🐷and I still remember I would eat my food so fast, my body didn’t even have any time to process what I was eating or when I was full and that I believe was the main reason I had really high body fat percentage. There are many other reasons why I got extremely overweight and don’t worry I will cover my whole journey from 4+ years ago in this community. so make sure you stay tuned in.
