This course builds core executive functioning (EF) skills—attention, working memory, cognitive flexibility, impulse control, planning, organization, and emotional regulation—through developmentally appropriate lessons for Kindergarten through 3rd grade. Instruction is explicit, playful, and embedded in literacy-rich activities, movement, and social-emotional learning.
