Like I said in a previous win, lately it's been hard to pull out some wins, I'm sure I'm thinking about it too hard. My mindset is a win because the days have been challenging and yet Hope encourages me each morning. I have not chosen a day of defeat and instead excited for the new morning to accomplish maybe what I didn't yesterday.

Today is just the start but I did it! Before coffee I’m drinking my warm lemon water! I filled my large tumble to sip through out the day!

I have been needing to really dig deep for my wins! Mainly because I feel like I am not doing what I desire to be doing. I have been in deep mediation about this open dialog to self about identifying the why I do certain things. It has giving me great awareness of this deep dive of self. The win is the knowing that I'm still seeking and I don't feel defeated. I don't know when this "battle" of what I feel is self-sabotage will end but I'm in it. I'm present. I feel the wounds and I see the scars it has caused. I know I'm closer than before. So, I am grateful.

I'm walking this dirt road every morning this week for an hour (and Mon-Fri every week that I'm in Minnesota)! Who else is going for a morning walk, even 10 minutes?!

A previous version of me nourished myself with multiple full-body oil massages every week. I would do a quick one almost every morning and a longer one (with gentle music, salt lamp lighting, and oil diffuser going) one evening a week. 💃 Future Me (four months from now) has resumed that rhythm. I'm thrilled to share that I started Day 1 w/ a full-body oil massage in the morning!! 🎉 What's a win that you had yesterday that we can celebrate?!
