After yesterday's deep dive into what happens at the cellular level in this reset, today we are going to touch on living a meaningful life, nights that you have a hard time falling asleep or wake up & can't get back to sleep, the willingness & ability to do hard things in the present to make the future better... and whatever else comes up! We will look at the attached Rewrite Your Memories sheet in relation to difficulty sleeping or meditating :)
