Hi! I started my 5 day gut health reset early and wanted to share what I ate in case anyone is looking for ideas or inspo!
First thing in the AM I start my day with a shot of a whole fresh squeezed lemon juice, mixed with a tsp of olive oil and dash of cayenne pepper.
For lunch I had 1/2 of a can of tuna fish with diced celery and onion over lettuce with cherry tomatoes. Plus 1/2 a kombucha to drink
For dinner, I had 1/2 of a grilled chicken breast with veggies, 1/2 an avocado and 6 pickled garlic cloves! 💪🏼
