Day 1 Gut reset accountability share
Hi! I started my 5 day gut health reset early and wanted to share what I ate in case anyone is looking for ideas or inspo! First thing in the AM I start my day with a shot of a whole fresh squeezed lemon juice, mixed with a tsp of olive oil and dash of cayenne pepper. For lunch I had 1/2 of a can of tuna fish with diced celery and onion over lettuce with cherry tomatoes. Plus 1/2 a kombucha to drink For dinner, I had 1/2 of a grilled chicken breast with veggies, 1/2 an avocado and 6 pickled garlic cloves! 💪🏼

@Kia Jade Duenas thank you! I love the zangy crunch with the creaminess of the cottage cheese combo

Day 5: Breakfast: Lemon shot Lunch: half a can of tuna lettuce wrap with pepperoncini’s, cherry tomatoes and avocado Dinner: other half of tuna with pickles. And a small glass of carrot tumeric juice from Trader Joe’s. So good with popcorn if you’re looking for a healthy snack!
🌳 WELCOME! 🌳
I'm Michel Le, and I'm so damn glad you're here. You did not stumble upon this threshold by accident. You have been pulled here by a quiet, persistent hunger—a demand from your own bones to stop drifting, stop buffering, and begin the rigorous, beautiful work of building a life of deep alignment, primal power, and physical integrity. This is not a casual social club. It is a sanctuary and a forge. This is where the nurturing soul of Waldorf meets the fierce, biological fire of Ayurveda. We do not just talk about the wild spirit; we hold ourselves to the somatic accountability required to anchor it in the dirt of daily habits. THE INVITATION: RECLAIMING THE VESSEL Look closely at your daily template. Are you living your truth, or are you managing your exhaustion? - The Frayed Vessel: You are holding sacred space for everyone else, yet your own energetic container is dry, cracked, and leaking. - The Rhythm-less Rush: You are caught in a hyper-reactive, chaotic sprint from sunrise to sunset, completely out of sync with natural, organic time. - The Late-Night Buffer: When the house finally falls silent, you find yourself taking the edge off the overstimulated nervous system with a late-night glass of wine or standing in the dark pantry stress-eating to numb the day's friction. - Groundhog Day & The Hypocrite's Sting: You teach, guide, and hold vision for others, yet your own daily life feels stuck on a repetitive loop of administrative survival. You feel the quiet, exhausting sting of being a hypocrite. It is time to close the leaks. It is time to return to the soil. MEET YOUR GUIDE: MICHEL LE GRIBBLE I am not a theorist writing from an academic tower. I am Michel Le. My medicine has been forged in the crucible of lived experience. As a solo mother, Waldorf educator, global traveler, bus-life dweller, and pilgrimage facilitator, I have had to learn how to weave a temple of deep rhythm and unwavering stability out of thin air, on the move, and in the wild. I know what it takes to anchor your life when the winds blow hard. I am here to help you build your own unshakeable root system.
