A little pre-funk snacky snack before my lunch date with a friend later today. I'm making us vegan Moong Dal for the 1st time ๐ฅณ
But 1st I snack! This took less than 5 minutes to throw together and that included blending this quick and easy cashew queso (no soaking required!). An avocado with everything bagel and a sprinkle of cayenne, a couple of vine mini tomatoes, 2 mini red bells, a small handful of those Siete chips and the star of the show ๐ฅ cashew queso! I not only dipped the chips but also dipped the maters and the mini bells!!
So tell me, do you prefer eating raw snacky snacks or do you prefer them cooked??? It honestly depends on my mood and how long I want to spend in the kitchen ๐
