๐ŸŒž Last Nights Solstice Circle
๐Ÿ™ Thank you to the wonderful women who joined me for the Summer Solstice Circle.
I'm not going to lie, I was really nervous, first time running one, but they will get better the more I run.
We reflected on what is flourishing in our lives, explored the meaning of the season, shared stories and honoured this turning point in the Wheel of the Year together.
The recording is now available in Earth Magic course, in the classroom.
โ˜ฎ๏ธHere is a short ritual I shared in the circle, that you can do for yourselves:
Hold a flower, crystal, candle or simply place a hand on your heart.
Take a slow breath in.
And a slow breath out.
As we honour this Solstice, I invite you to silently reflect on what you wish to celebrate."
Then say silently and slowly:
"I honour all that has grown."
"I honour the challenges that have helped shape me."
"I honour the light within me."
"I welcome the season ahead with gratitude."
"I trust the unfolding of my own journey."
Light a candle if you have one.
Or simply close your eyes and imagine the warmth of the sun.
Allow a moment of silence.
I left the circle feeling grateful and excited for what we are building here in Rooted in Nature.
Happy Solstice everyone. ๐ŸŒฟ
