Coming off four days of somatic training and deep internal work, I’m emerging with a renewed clarity: conflict is often the space that reveals our conditioned tendencies—the patterns that can so easily cloud connection and create unnecessary friction.
I’m practicing leaning into what’s being reflected back to me, noticing where I tighten, where I avoid, and where I’m invited to shift as part of my own healing.
