Ronin will crush with S.A.M. Here's why...
I'm looking at more newsletters and communities than ever...
From asking prices of $500 to $10,000 (The SAM Buy Box Amount) 9 out of 10 of the ones I look at are GROSSLY UNDER-UTILIZED and UNDER-MONETIZED.
They don't know about any of the Cash Campaigns we know about.
👉They don't know about a T3 or PSM style campaign.
👉They don't know about a Goodwill Campaign
👉They don't know about Poll Tapping
👉They don't know about running a 24 Hour Fun-Auction
👉They certainly don't know about pre-selling with 5Ps (Their content is good, but it doesn't presell.)
👉They don't know about running a Rainmaker or Passive Cash Flow Style campaign to get paid subscribers like crazy.
Even things they may know about...
They don't do...
Like...
👉They've never run a webinar (At least the 100 or so I've looked at recently.)
👉The newsletter I just purchased doesn't even have an option to buy a paid subscription.
👉They don't use the "refer a friend" functionality in Substack to grow their newsletter free.
👉They have sponsors reach out to give them money and they don't respond.
👉Their welcome emails, cancellation emails, thank you pages are all standard and suck.
I could go on and on...

Here's a straightforward game plan where you have an obscene Ronin advantage:
✅Run a webinar, Ronin style campaign and get your capital back.
✅Run PCFM to build up your monthly cash flow.
✅Keep doing it or sell it for a lump sum OR seller finance it to a biz person.
Let's break this down because this is a financially life-changing shizz...
Horribly under-utilized and under-monetized.
I will run a Zoom webinar as a getting-to-know-you thing and make a special offer.
The list is getting a 50% open rate...
That means 3000+ people open.
I can easily put 100 people on the webinar.
If I sell TWO $3k programs on the webinar, I've got my capital back.
Lemme say that again...
👀I'VE GOT MY CAPITAL BACK! 👀
Now, I'm playing on HOUSE MONEY.
AND...
Now I can do a Goodwill campaign with the Replay.
I will likely sell $6,000 to $12,000 more plus the $6,000 I already sold.
So...
I've doubled or tripled my investment with ONE ZOOM WEBINAR.
Now...
Check this out.
Let's say I didn't want to keep the newsletter.
I've just PROVEN the people buy and added $12,000 to $18,000 to the revenue.
Do you think I'd have any interest offering the newsletter with OWNER FINANCING?...
Own this income-producing newsletter with only $2k down and $1k a month for 12 months.
I'd sell it pronto with those terms.
REMEMBER: I already got my initial capital BACK!
So...
Let's add it up:
I spent $6k buying the newsletter.
I made $12k on the webinar and replay (Again, super conservative.)
I got $2k down and $1k a month for 12 months = $14k
$26k - $6k = $20k
Now...
Look...
I'm being grossly conservative.
Here's my 90-day plan for my new acquisition...
✅Run a PSM campaign with Ronin as the offer. (Goal 10 new Ronin = $30,000). I'll have my CAPITAL BACK +++
✅Run a PCFM campaign using BTEM as the bonus when they upgrade to paid for $20 a month (Goal 100 to 200 paid subs - $2k to $4k a month)
✅Promote Skool with a mini-Rainmaker. (Goal 100 paid = $4000 a month commish)
✅Spin off to 2 other newsletters and 1 community and put operators in and split revenue 50/50 (This may be after the 90 days.)
Not hard...
If I WANTED to sell it...I've now got proof of $30,000 revenue plus monthly cash flow of $6k to $8k per month or total annualized revenue of $100,000+
ONE WAY I COULD OWNER FINANCE: $5k down and $5k a month for 24 months.
👀GET THIS: I KEEP THE SPINOFF NEWSLETTERS AND COMMUNITIES! 👀
Likely though...
I'll keep her!
After 90 days...
I'll keep stacking income.
I can run auctions, poll tap the new community, tons of money-making opportunities.
It's gonna be a hella 2025 for Ronin.
If you wanna go HAM with S.A.M. (Shogun Acquisition Method)...
Sunday is the last day before the doors close. When they re-open S.A.M. will be double the investment and as you can see, still a steal!
Questions?
Let's roll baby!
Rooting For Ya,
Travis
