Ronin Deals = Placing assets into distribution for profit for all involved.

Getting Ronin Deals = Opening a conversation and MAYBE making an offer to TEST an idea. (DO NOT MAKE IT MORE COMPLICATED THAN THIS.)

* THIS GROUP = ROYALTY RONIN. A group of people who can help you make money. What you paid for was entry into "The Room", or, your "Seat at The Table." (DO NOT TAKE FOR GRANTED HOW VALUABLE THIS IS. You're "IN", what you do with it MATTERS to all of us...)

**THIS THREAD = A demonstration of what Travis teaches & a Subgroup where you can get your feet wet with a cohort of other people who are going through the same things you are so you have people to do FUN WORK with, a place where you can show up, screw up, learn and move forward. It is also a place for all of us to contribute and participate in making the whole network ( ROYALTY RONIN - The Room/The Table we're all sitting at) more valuable for everyone.

To be clear, what we do, all of us, including Big Daddy T himself is... identify potential partners, ask them a question, LISTEN, ask another question or two, LISTEN... and maybe, MAYBE, offer to run a test. That's it. DO NOT OVER COMPLICATE THIS.

OVERVIEW:

Step 1. Identify Potential Partners.

Step 2. Ask them a question.

Step 3. Have a cool easygoing conversation

Step 4. MAYBE RUN A TEST.

Seem redundant? It is. That's what we do. That's (almost) ALL we do. If you are doing that enough, you will have turned on The Ronin Deal Flow enough to make it more complicated (sexy), if you must...

Read that sentence again. It's important to understand WHAT we're actually doing. If you do enough of WHAT you need to do in order to get The Deal Flow flowing, Then, Then you can get fancy with it if you must, it's not required, but without some deal flow to play with, all the "sexy" you're trying to make it is LITERALLY keeping you from Doing Deals.

If it were me, and I hadn't yet put together a dozen deals that are working well, I might read that again.

Btw, I, as a grizzled old sales guy wrote that for myself. It is ALWAYS about the basics. ALWAYS. Hence the Reason Travis is always harping on KEEP IT SIMPLE DUDE! The Basics. The Simple. The Fundamentals. THAT'S what deals are made of, that's what makes deals work.

WHAT TO KNOW:

It (getting deals done) only requires a couple of things:

Identifying potential partners.

Asking them one question.

Having a conversation.

Running a test.

Yes. There's a little more to it...

The Research that goes into identifying Potential Partners.
Sending them a question that is SPECIFIC TO THEM.
Having the courage to get on a call with someone KNOWING that you do not YET have all (or even MOST) of the answers... YET.

THIS Thread, The 9AM CLUB is where WE will help you with those.

*We will break down WHAT The Research is and HOW to do it.

*We will provide you with a Madlibs style template to put that research into making your question SPECIFIC to the person you are sending it to so you get more responses...

*We will cheer you on AS YOU provide the courage to get on the call AND we'll give you a madlib style framework to ASK and ALMOST always GET the call.

*We will be covering how to ask questions, how to respond to their questions, how to ask for the test and how to negotiate the test AND the deal IF the test goes well.

(Don't worry Big Daddy T, we will use all of YOUR stuff for that, as, well, you've already provided it here in YOUR CONTENT we're simply going to find it and help RONIN MEMBERS Apply it... Muh!).

(Don't worry RONIN MEMBERS, Travis has spent 3 decades figuring this all out the hard way, testing and adjusting IT until it is literally AS SIMPLE as it can be...)

STAND BY: While I/WE (I have a couple other RONIN in here who have agreed to help roll this out, run it, AND Participate) get a few "things" together for you (Madlibs style Ronin Offer Invite framework, The Research AND HOW TO do it, as well as the Madlib style framework for getting potential partners on a call...)

If this goes well enough, I have a few more pieces that will be unlocked as WE all DO THE DOING.

You aint got no need for anything more UNTIL you have people, with the goods, who have agreed to do a test... and, guess what? We have at least a hundred people in here with ALL of the help we could possibly need from that point on.

Our job is to simply get some legitimate Ronin Tests running.

That's my goal for this thread... to help you by showing you, what to do, how to do it, and be a running partner of sorts.

HOW TO DO IT:

Keep it simple dude.

One Step at a time.

Your next immediate goal is ONLY to accomplish the very next step you have NOT accomplished yet, that's all...

If that means Identifying a potential partner, THAT is your only NEXT goal.

If that means SENDING a RONIN OFFER INVITE because you haven't done that before, THAT is your only NEXT GOAL...

If that means your first/next cool easygoing conversation...

Your first Ronin Deal...

Your first SUCCESSFULLY ONGOING Ronin Deal...

Whatever your particular NEXT thing in the Ronin World you have not YET accomplished, THAT is your ONLY NEXT IMMEDIATE GOAL.
