Wasn't going to post about this until everything is finalized but insisted I post. So here it goes.. A few days ago I got into contact with a guy that runs a podcast on YT interviewing high 8 and 9 figure founders primarily in tech and EComm. So far he's had 252 guests.
Hes been having some trouble with monetization. He's currently earning 5k-8k per month from it by charging his guests $1000 to be on his show. He's trying to figure out how to scale his earnings.
Hes doing sponsorships but it's been a bit hit and miss.
So I get on a call with him to bounce ideas.
I presented the idea of a community.
He was like "but i dont know what i can do to make it valuable to them. i dont know what they want" blah blah blah. As expected.
The lightbulbs started going off when I told him we dont need to know that. We figure it out as we go. 9 figure AI Entrpreneurs want to hang out with other badass AI entrepreneurs. They have other people they want to meet. We figure that out when we talk to them.
We start off hosting roundtables.
We then get on 1-1 meetings with them and then we go from there.
We broker JVs, we spinoff newsletters they can blast to their audiences on LinkedIn, we run campaigns for them, we put together in person events, once we know them and who they want to be around we reach out to other badass motherfuckers to invite them in the community. We rent out real estate inside of the community. So much opportunity just getting them together and figuring out what they need.
We had our first call yesterday. We have another this evening.
Not quite a win yet, but keeping my fingers crossed.
Thanks for that document you shared with us a month or so ago that sparked my interest about hosting roundtables, and the F.I.R.E training.
