10 Week Fat Loss Blitz!
Hey gents, here’s the deal. I’m running a free, 10 week Fat Loss Blitz program for anyone in the group who’s ready to get serious and drop some bodyfat over the next 2 1/2 months. Two of you have already committed, but I’d like to get at least 2-3 more onboard to kick this off strong on Thursday. This isn’t some vague “let’s kinda work out” challenge. We’re talking real accountability, structured training, and strategies that actually work to drop fat and keep muscle. After a serious shoulder injury when I was 52 sidelined me, I had a choice - fade away or come back stronger. I chose the latter. But that injury did something powerful: it forced a pause. A reset.
