Quick one from tonight’s check-in: should you lower carbs on cardio/rest days?
Short answer... No. I work off a 7-day average. If your target is 2000 calories per day, that’s 14,000 for the week. Whether you split it evenly or shift it around, the total matters most. The only time I adjust rest day calories is during intense bodybuilding prep.
