Still struggling to wrap my head around controlling the indoor trainer. I've forced myself to do some rides non erg but nothing that involves rapid changes. Can you share exactly how you'd control for an over under block with 15 sec 200 W and 15 sec 150W? I'm using a wahoo kickr so from the app I can set target power, % resistance, and % grade simulation...which I think I'd add resistance to bump up to 200, but seems like a lot of guesswork to do in 15 seconds. Of course I can just shift too, which I'm inclined to do and might make this way easier. What do you all do??
