OOTD 2025-01-09: A Short, Little, Weekend Birthday Trip Begins...

Wednesday was my actual birthday - and, coincidentally, also the weekday of my actual birth - but we're celebrating with a little weekend trip to Huntsville.

For dinner, we started with crab cakes. We followed that up with some shrimp and andouille gumbo, then a prime aged New York Strip with a dram of 21-year-old Scotch, and finished it off with a double-fudge brownie and a couple of cappuccinos...
