I LOVE days like this!!

We have a FULL day planned, and those are my favorite.

Watching and listening to my team work through our goals and where we are standing with them, Leaning more and more into technology. While I don't understand all the minute details into what they are working us towards the vision that I have laid down and their overwhelming efforts and excitement to get us there is so gratifying.

The older I get, the more I get more comfortable in coach mode that "Doer" mode.

Coaching and guiding my people is more rewarding than anything I can put into words. This will be the generation of people that lead long after I am gone.
