The weekly habit for social capital building
Social capital building is a way to connect with others in your areas of interest. Anything done in isolation will fail - remember this when you are planning an event, the launch of a new business, raising your rates, public speaking, etc. if something is hard for you to do, don’t judge or evaluate yourself. Accept it and ask for help. Bidirectional relationships serve both parties. Ask three people to help you with something once per week: be clear about your need, ask a kind, patient person and accept a no as a gift. I call this applied vulnerability.
