In this course, you have a total of ninety prompts for daily writing. The amount of time it normally takes someone to let go of an unproductive habit and pick up a productive one is usually 90 days. The prompts will be provided on a daily basis.
Recommendations:
- write first thing in the morning before interacting with others
- write by hand because neuroscience studies show people are more focused and learn more
- disclose only what is comfortable for you
- let yourself flow!
