Red Lentil Crackers
1 tbsp coconut oil
90 g red lentils (or your serving size)
pink Himalayan salt
seasoning ideas: rosemary, red paprika, garlic pepper
Soak lentils for 3 hours.
Drain and pulse in food processor/ blender until paste like (add water as needed)
Spread evenly on parchment paper and season
Bake at 350 degrees
Flip over after 15 minutes
Bake until pliable for pizza crust
Bake until crisp for crackers
This is still a work in process. I tripled this recipe and then divided into serving sizes. Freezes well. Perfect for meals on the go.
