Red Lentil Crackers
1 tbsp coconut oil 90 g red lentils (or your serving size) pink Himalayan salt seasoning ideas: rosemary, red paprika, garlic pepper Soak lentils for 3 hours. Drain and pulse in food processor/ blender until paste like (add water as needed) Spread evenly on parchment paper and season Bake at 350 degrees Flip over after 15 minutes Bake until pliable for pizza crust Bake until crisp for crackers This is still a work in process. I tripled this recipe and then divided into serving sizes. Freezes well. Perfect for meals on the go. Let me know what you think and improvement ideas!

I am going to get my family to watch this one. The connection with gut health and Alzheimer and Dementia makes so much sense! Can you please share the info about the book that you mentioned? That was also interesting about the cows forgetting to come and eat when fed Canola oil. And yes cattle (and horses) do come when you call them. We call them every time we feed them. It makes it much easier to round them up off the pasture if they come when you call 👍

Recipe Overview
A struggle I often hear when seeing clients is not knowing how to create a recipe with their meal suggestions. I get it! I feel it's important to be able to change up what you eat so it's not just a plate with the protein, the veg & the fruit. This can play a part in your success story! As often as I can, I'll add in a new recipe to this section of the community. Remember though, each plan is completely unique to the individual, so while the protein, veggies or fruit might not apply to your food list, you can switch it out!
