A struggle I often hear when seeing clients is not knowing how to create a recipe with their meal suggestions. I get it! I feel it's important to be able to change up what you eat so it's not just a plate with the protein, the veg & the fruit. This can play a part in your success story!
As often as I can, I'll add in a new recipe to this section of the community.
Remember though, each plan is completely unique to the individual, so while the protein, veggies or fruit might not apply to your food list, you can switch it out!
