Ah, the legume category. I never know what to do with them other than "airfry my chickpeas so they're crunchy and throw them on a salad" - it's great the first few times, but then gets a little boring.
They don't have to be boring. Neither do veggies - roasting veggies actually brings out the natural sweetness, changing up the flavour.
Also - did you know that chickpeas are also called garbanzo beans? Fun fact of the day for you there :)
Even if you make this same dish over and over, you can always change how it tastes by switching up your herbs & spices!
