Write something
Good day yall
Everybody, I hope this week was good to you. Saturdays feel like an exhale. A day to put your feet up, loosen your shoulders, and come back home to yourself. You made it through a full week and that alone says something about your strength. Today’s mindset + affirmation You do not need to prove anything today. Rest is not quitting, it’s refueling. Affirm this with me: I am allowed to pause. I am allowed to reset. I am becoming stronger by honoring my rest. A couple simple things to do today 1️⃣ Do one thing slowly on purpose. Coffee, a walk, folding laundry, breathing. Let your nervous system catch up with your life. 2️⃣ Write down one win from this week, even if it feels small. Small wins are still evidence that you’re moving forward. Let today be gentle, not rushed. You’re not behind. You’re right on time. What is one thing you’re giving yourself permission to do or not do today? 💛

Good morning 🌞
Your mindset determines your next-level trajectory. Today, choose thoughts that serve you. 💭 Mindset Check: What thought today will move you closer to your vision? ✨ Affirmation: I choose empowering thoughts that align me with my goals.
Good morning 💛
Today is a fresh opportunity to choose peace over pressure and progress over overwhelm. Not everything is yours to carry, fix, or figure out — and that’s a gift, not a failure. When life feels heavy, grounding yourself in what’s within your control brings clarity and momentum. Small, intentional choices made with a calm heart can move you forward more than trying to manage everything at once. Focus on what you can do today. Release what isn’t yours to manage. Trust that God is already working in the spaces you can’t see. 📖 Scripture: “Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. ”Matthew 6:34 💭 Mindset Check :What is one thing you can control today that will create forward momentum and bring peace to your heart? ✨ Affirmation: I focus my energy on what I can influence and trust God with the rest. Remember, progress doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks like choosing joy, showing up anyway, or taking the next right step with confidence.

Diamonds don’t come from comfort, They come from pressure
There are seasons where you are doing everything you know to do. You’re praying. You’re tithing. You’re giving your all. You’re standing on the Word. And yet… what the Word says will happen doesn’t seem to be happening yet. Those are the moments when faith is tested the deepest. Right now, in our home, we are walking through pressure. As our 12 years of marriage approaches, we’ve lost two incomes, and the weight of it is real. We are being pressed. We are being sifted. And if you’ve ever walked with God long enough, you know those seasons don’t come to destroy you — they come to refine you. Diamonds don’t come from comfort. They come from pressure. I want to remind you today, and myself too, that we cannot live by what we see. We must live by what we believe. God hears us. God sees us. Silence does not mean absence. Delay does not mean denial. One of the reminders sitting on my desk says this: “Everything I’m going through will soon be what I made it through. ”And that’s a Word. This season reminds me of my devotional, Worshiping in Your Trials. Because worship isn’t just for when things feel good — it’s for when you’re trusting God even when you don’t understand the process. Don’t let the enemy pull you out of position when God is preparing to bring you through. Keep your eyes on things above, not on the pressure below. Guard your mind. Reject stinking thinking. Truth changes outcomes. If you’re standing in faith today, drop an AMEN in the comments and share a Bible verse you’re standing on. Let’s encourage one another — because so many are quietly walking through hard seasons right now. Don’t forget you’re loved, you’re seen, and you’re valued. And as always, go out there and make the next person smile because we do not know what the next person’s going through. 💛✨Y’all, you are so loved.

Dat 13 Minuit to win it - small actions big impact
Writing creates honesty. When thoughts stay trapped in your head, they grow louder. When you write them down, they soften, organize, and release. Your journal can hold what you don’t need to carry alone. 👇 Conversation: What surprised you when you wrote today? https://www.tiktok.com/@livelifefree247/video/7594595048616922423?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc&web_id=7572286131452331575
