Today weโ€™re going to change that. Your Mission Take 10 minutes today and call one person in your life. Not text. Not a social media message. Not a meme. Call them. Who Should You Call? Think of someone who: Has been quiet lately Might be going through a rough time Always says โ€œIโ€™m fineโ€ but youโ€™re not sure they are Or simply someone you appreciate but havenโ€™t talked to in a while What Do You Say? It doesnโ€™t need to be complicated. Just say something like: โ€œHey man, I was thinking about you and wanted to check in. How are you really doing?โ€ Then listen. You donโ€™t need to solve their problems. Just showing up matters more than you realize.
