I’ve done an exercise before where I imagined money as a person. I named her Moneyka. But this time, she looked like me and felt softer and more approachable. For the first time, I felt a heart connection. I held her and embraced her deeply, and we stayed like that for a while, giving each other little kisses.
During the meditation, I felt happy when money was flowing. But I felt a bit stuck when it wasn’t. I also felt disoriented and a bit lost. Then I did the breathing exercise and felt calm and safe again. And I trusted that she would come back.
