3 triggers
- Asking for money at times of urgent need or even basic feels very difficult it feels like a burden a favour and downfall of personal identity with wat if questions as to why is she asking she doesn’t look like she needs help her life is good kind of thought.
- Getting a secondary source of income through small business or personal skill talent accomplishing a little more feels overwhelming to invest and get money for the service i provide
- Asking for payment for service feels strange .. question like are people going to book the service or no etc feels like a spiral.
- With a single salary source saving anything is difficult money doesn’t stay and this triggers the most that expense keeps rising one after another 🙈
