This is almost random and i don't know if it's tied to this course but..
Ever since i started the course I've been feeling a need to stretch my body, especially just before bed. Then this morning, I had this urge to stretch my entire body from head to toe and felt a need to massage my head/scalp and neck and back.. everywhere. i think i spent a good hour doing this.
I've always held tension in these areas and have known but kinda dealt with it.
Not sure if it's the awareness practices that's bringing them to surface or possibly my body regulating, starting with the need to release the physical..?
Let me know if i'm being a bit far-fetched and it's all just a coincidence. I picked up the book' The Body Keeps the Score after mentioned it, but haven't cracked it open yet.
