Greetings fellow breathers!
I am thrilled and honored to be in this community. I hope to learn and grow with --and because of --all of you. I think about this a lot, and maybe it will resonate:
We only speak on the exhale.
Our exhaust contributes to the atmospheric conditions.
Redirecting the language of the mind,
to vibe with the heart,
altering the words that roll off the tongue.
Allowing the breath
to flow from the heart,
clear the atmosphere,
And reshape the world.
