I believe I have a deviated septum (had it repaired once and I feel like it moved back), so sometimes I just can't breathe through my nose. (I do when I can, and I have taped at night for years.) When I'm too stuffed up, is it best to do the same breathwork but breathing through the mouth, or to skip it altogether? I guess I'm asking, do you still get some benefit if you have to breathe through your mouth or is it better not to? Or does it depend?
