📢 Big Update – Read This
When I started this community, the goal was simple: build a place where real operators could learn wholesaling the right way and actually execute.
We just crossed 1,000+ members.
That’s proof this isn’t a hobby group anymore. It’s real.
Because of that growth and where we’re headed next, here’s what’s happening:
1️⃣ The community will be transitioning to a paid model for NEW members.
If you’re already inside, nothing changes for you.
You’re grandfathered in. Free access for life.
You were early. You helped build this. That matters.
2️⃣ Why the change?
Simple:
• Higher quality conversations
• More serious operators
• More structured content
• More accountability
• More deal breakdowns
• Bigger positioning for the brand
This isn’t about charging for the sake of charging.
It’s about leveling up.
When there’s skin in the game, the room changes.
3️⃣ Here’s where it gets interesting…
We’re rolling out a referral system.
If you refer someone who joins once we go paid, you’ll earn recurring income from that membership.
So instead of just being in the room…
You can get paid to grow it.
Details on referral structure will be dropping shortly, but if you’ve gotten value from this group, you’ll now have a way to monetize sharing it.
4️⃣ Timeline
We’ll officially switch to paid towards the end of this week.
If you know someone who should be in here, now is the time to bring them in before the switch.
After that, new members will be joining at the paid level.
